How to Export Your Data From Stocky Before It Shuts Down

Updated June 2026 · 4 min read

With Stocky shutting down on August 31, 2026, the most important thing you can do today is get your data out. Here's what to save and why.

What to export

  1. Sales history (last 90+ days). Your new forecasting tool uses this to calculate how fast each product sells.
  2. Purchase order history. Useful for reference and for re-creating supplier relationships.
  3. Supplier list and lead times. How long each supplier takes from order to delivery — critical for accurate reorder timing.
  4. Current inventory levels. Your starting point.

Where to get it

Most lives in Stocky's reports and your Shopify admin (Analytics → Reports for sales by product; Products export for inventory). Export to CSV while Stocky is still active.

Then what

Import that data into a replacement so you keep forecasting without a gap. Restockly reads a standard Shopify export, maps your columns automatically, and gives you a reorder list in about five minutes.
