These terms govern your use of Restockly ("the service") at getrestockly.com. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
Restockly is an inventory forecasting tool. It produces estimates and suggestions based on the data you provide. Forecasts are informational aids, not guarantees — you are responsible for your own purchasing and business decisions. Restockly is not affiliated with Shopify or with the Stocky app.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information when you sign up.
Don't misuse the service: no unlawful use, no attempts to breach security, no reverse engineering, and no uploading of data you don't have the right to use.
Paid plans are billed through our third-party payment provider, who acts as merchant of record. Paid plans may include a free trial. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future charges and your plan reverts to free at the end of the period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
You retain ownership of the data you upload. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the service to you. You can export or delete your data at any time.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that forecasts will be accurate or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Restockly will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
