Restockly ("we", "us") provides inventory forecasting software for online merchants at getrestockly.com. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We designed Restockly to handle your data with care.
We use your data solely to provide and improve the service: to run your account, generate your forecasts and reorder lists, provide support, and keep the service secure. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your inventory data for any purpose other than providing your forecasts.
We share data only with service providers that help us run Restockly (such as cloud hosting and our payment processor), bound by confidentiality and used only to operate the service, or where required by law. We never sell your data to advertisers or third parties.
All traffic is encrypted in transit using TLS (HTTPS). Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. Your inventory data is isolated to your account. We host on secure, industry-standard cloud infrastructure.
We keep your data while your account is active. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from your account settings, or by emailing us. Deletion is irreversible.
You can access, export, or delete your data at any time. To make a request, contact us at hello@getrestockly.com.
We use only the essential storage needed to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
Your data may be processed and stored on servers located in the United States or other countries where our infrastructure providers operate.
Restockly is intended for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18.
We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
